In the past I would have said a definite YES, how recently the errors in Proof & UNC coins have become more common ... but anyways you can hold onto it for a while and see ...

Did anyone noticed that the the depiction of building of kolkata mint is so crude. The quality of frosting on building is very poor and un-uniform. Looks as if it was made by untrained hands. It is in sharp contrast to the Mata Vaishno Devi coin of Mumbai Mint in which even minutest details have come out nicely.

kolkata mint products are always worse it doesnt change anything even if they are stamped "proof" on there cardboard cases.
Its like they dont care about quality....
