I like a lot this series of icelandic coins. Honestly, i like more the previous ones, those with the coat of arms in the obverse, but i think these ones are very original, and the spirits designs (the phoenix, the dragon, the bull and the giant) always looked cool to me. I still lack a couple of them, i'm focused in my main "battlefronts", but i'd like to bounce back to the icelandic coins some day.

Just one question: all those coins you show are yours, or are pics taken fron the net?

Most of the images are freebies, but in the early days I used to scan my own coins. I have all the circulating coin types of Iceland since that 1981 set. I gave up collecting in 2006 and now concentrate on researching coins and writing country topics.
