15 years?!!! Ooops. I am infant compared to your age of collections. I started collecting BI coins for only about 2 or 3 years.

Sekhar - Do you know which variety of the 1862 is rare or scarce? The 0/0 dot seem to be the most common.

Harry, I am still learning the attributions and at present in the learning stage. 0/0 dot comes from all three mints, Cal., Bom and Madras . It is differentiated by the circumference of the coin. Calcutta : 30.3mm ,  Bombay : 30.5 mm , Madras : 30.55 mm. Calcutta has round pearls in crown arch where as Bom and Mad have elongated pearls in crown arch.
