From that link we have: [Google translate + Peter's editing]

Something on the tokens to end with, there are 2 large families: first, tokens of public pay phones (taxiphones), a single type in copper-nickel with on the obverse Marianne engraved by Bazor and the date 1937 regardless of when the piece was struck. On the reverse a slot with the acronym PTT. For numismatists, there are some varieties, a series produced in zamak at the end of the war, a series struck with coin alignment and a series produced in yellow copper-nickel, where the date is replaced by letters DT (Directorate for Telephones). These tokens were for executives of the Directorate to allow them to call free. Unfortunately, as they were 1 to 2 tenths larger, they blocked the token receivers of the pay phones, as these were perfectly adjusted, thereby generating work for their inferior rank colleagues.

I don't think he knows a great deal about the tokens :-[
Lucien Bazor.  oops that'll be Marianne by Bazor ::)
DT - thought to be Dahomey.

He hasn't.
In the meantime this little beauty popped up on ebay, sadly it has gone beyond my means  :'( :'(
I'm guessing 24mm.
O: SERVICE TELEPHONIQUE DES ETATS DU LEVANT * / JETON / POUR / TAXIPHONE
R: Same but with different spacing and makers mark - triangle - Cartaux?

It is quite well hidden and ends within 24 hours.  There's another rather interesting Beirut piece in the lot, hence the price.
I'll post the link if anyone's interested or perhaps you might enjoy the chase  8)

Edited the translation to deal with Google translate generated misunderstandings like DT.

I'm missing the 50c version of the above, Groenendijk France B12.  :'(
However, whacking something with a hammer isn't going to guarantee it will work in a sensitive coin mechanism ever again.
My conclusion is that the countermarked pieces were used by a trader, C.B.  Whoever or whatever that is/was?
