Today I picked a 1835 quarter anna (as usually heavily worn) but found that it is 26mm in diameter while my all previous ones are 25mm. Does this indicate mint variation?

@josephjk

Per the Baldwin website 26mm or higher probably belonged to the Madras mint

It's under -  Uniform coinage\WilliamIV 1835\Quarter Anna currency

There's a lot of info - probably a little more than you want to know! :)
