1939 Rupee

1939 Rupee (almost EF) in the recent Nagpur auction sold for Rs 3,30,000 (approx $6,600) in Jan 2012.

1939 Rupee (ANACS AU58) sold for $1,035 in Jun 1, 2007 and is now on sale on the Heritage site (buy it now) for $18,500!

1834 Rupee Pattern

A 1834 Pattern Rupee King William IIII (PCGS AU53) sold for $5,778 on ebay this week (Feb 6th, 2012).

A 1834 Pattern Rupee (NGC PF65) was listed for sale for $14,999 and on Feb 7th the owner raised the buy it now price. Its now for sale on ebay for $21,999, presumably after seeing the above auction sale.
