Hungary has just issued a collector coin that honors the sculptor and coin designer József Reményi, born 125 years ago. You will not see that piece "in the wild" - it is a 5000 forint coin, proof only, with a mintage of about 6,000. Costs €54 ...

According to the mint's website, Reményi designed "among others the first 10, 20 and 50 filler coins of the Forint currency system". The coin shows, on one side, his portrait, and on the other side, one of the "Daughters of Danaus" (Danaidák). The original, so to say, is depicted here: http://www.eremkedvelok.hu/eremkedvelok_egyesulete_eke_ermek_es_plakettek/1927.php

This is the medal (from the page mentioned above) that was - partly - used for the obverse design.

According to the Hungarian Mint, Reményi designed the first (post-WW2) fillér coins. That would then be these - note that the pieces depicted here (from Wikipedia) have a modified country name. But apart from that, the designs are the same as the 1946-50 coins.
