Somebody a clue, how they made this ??

Borders are usually made before the coin is struck by pressing or rolling. My best guess is that something prevented the coin from settling completely before being rolled. The machine is basically a little conveyer belt with "walls" on the side. The belt consists of strips, to allow to rol back. Possibly, a screw was loose, allowing a strip to rise slightly. Another one I don't think I would have noticed in circulation.
