1918, 1919, 1920 rupees, when struck?

Please, can anyone say whether the regular issue 1918, 1919, and 1920 rupees were struck only during their respective calendar years?

Maybe I could rephrase the question, and maybe even extend it.

Do the students of Indian coinage have any reason to suspect the rupees of 1918, 1919, and 1920 were coined either before 1918, or with frozen dates (so that these mintages would have extended beyond 1920)?

In particular, is it known to the Indian numismatic community when the coinage of 1918 rupees was accomplished?

According to Pridmore, 1920 rupees were struck in 1920, 1921, 1922 and 1923. Besides this one year, he hasn't mentioned any other year's coins being restruck some other year.

Thanks for the info, brokencompass. I guess then my notebook entry is still okay:

"I suppose it's more than just possible that this silver 1919c rupee was coined from metal recovered from the American silver dollars melted pursuant to the Pittman Act of 1918. After all, the vast majority of the 270M melted (259M) was bought by the U.K. for its needs in India."

Which means that this coin....
