There are quite a few differences in the 5p designs when you look at the two at that size, aren't there?  It's almost a new design based on the old one.  Presumably Christopher Ironside was commissioned to amend his original designs?

More obviously, the Britannia design on the 50p was amended but I think there are some changes to other coins too, particularly in the numerals (that's off-topic though).

I asked Mr Ironside's relatives, but they didn't know the answer to that.

You might like to start a topic about that. People have mentioned changes to those other coins, but I have never been able to spot any.

Flowers on not accepted coin family of Ukraine

In 2016, the National Bank of Ukraine designed and produced samples of coins of the new coin series "Ukrainian Flowers". The Mint's artists depicted a snowdrop on the 1 hryvnia, a poppy on the 2 hryvnia, a mallow on the 5 hryvnia, and a sunflower on the 10 hryvnia.

This would have made a nice set. Such sets, showing all flowers, are not too common.
