I interpret this as Friedrich 2 or Franz 2 or some such, the I possible being a denomination. The crown seems to be imperial, rather than royal. If so, this is an Austrian coin. Kipper und Wipperzeit?

I now think the I is a P. Not that this gets me any further...

The F monogram with PR under the royal crown stands for Ferdinand, king of Bohemia 1526-1564. It is a Heller minted in Kuttenberg.
Greetings,
Gerhard
