This is a shah jahan re, but looks some unusal. is it double struck??

It is not a double struck rupee, only the legend has not been put in the usual square.
Only at the bottom the is a line, which may have been intended for the square area-design.
I know of another example where the legend also wasn't inserted within a central circle, see ZENO #79413.
It is quite unusual. The date on the rupee concerned is 1067/Ry.31, mint is still uncertain.
