I found this Shivaji Coin yesterday, at a coin dealer, sitting on Footpath at Jauhari Bazar, Jaipur.
Although, this is a fake coin, I find it much better than the real coin. Just look at the Deep Strike, the clarity, the design.

I recommend the maker of this coin for the post of Mintmaster of Kolkata Mint. ;D ;D ;D

He is a member from Oct 1, 2011.

may be he knows less about the coins and someone handed him a bunch of coins saying these are very rare since they are old.

another fact is that ebay.in offers first 100 listing free of cost (no listing fee)

Hey guys, You did not notice probably. This coin is really 'most rare' as it is the piece made of 'copper + nickel'. The coin has additional features like it has an angry lion who has recently lost his kingship with to dogs urinating on him. So, one should pay high premium for this 'most rare' ugly looking coin.

The following 2 steps in a 5 step plan have been taken.

1. Advise the seller the coin (and others) is a fake.
2. A discussion with Ebay on the problem. Discussion with Ebay customer service agent swapnil log number 26885666.

So we will see in 24 hours time.

The item is not removed, instead it ended without bid. Perhaps collectors have become wise. It is not surprise if it surfaces again. I suspect there must be some other person handling this listing.
