It is KM1134, bought a couple of days ago for its metal out of a pile of foreign silver being sent off to a refiner. Lucky, but gee...

This type is KM#1140 with dia 20.3mm and weight 4.0g.  KM#1134 is larger than KM#1140 with 22.8 mm and weight 5.4g.

Krause 2012 disagrees with you; but I'll weigh the coin to see if they might have the weight information wrong. Of course I identified it using he date information they included. Is there a "year 11" KM1140? I only saw that date listed for KM1134.

Actually it looks like Dany Kim has got it right - the coin was struck on a bigger planchet in 1905 and 1906 but in 1907, it was struck on a smaller planchet.

No, he was talking of the follow-on type KM1140, not the preceding type KM1128 that you've mentioned.

The Korean 20-chon pieces dated 1905 (year 9) and 1906 (year 10) are listed by Krause 2012 as type KM1128, not the KM1140 that Dany Kim spoke of. The coin I posted is 1907 (year 11), which Krause records as the one-year type KM1134. And again, according to Krause, the KM1140 type to which Dany Kim attributed the coin I posted consists only of coins dated 1908 (year 2), 1909 (year 3), and 1910 (year 4).

Does some other edition of Krause catalog these coins differently?

I personally couldn't care less what the numbering system is. That's the same as naming something differently whatever it is or how some other authors want to classify it under.

The first type is struck in 1905 - 06 in Osaka mint with the specification of 22.8mm and with the mass of 5.4g.
Second is 1907-1910 with specification of 20.5mm with mass of 4.0g

Some want to classify 1907 as one year type as this is the last year of the Gwangmu era, some want to classify it under large and small size / reduced size. Whatever the reference number is, it's still a nice coin.

It is. Thanks.
