This one looks very much like the rupee of Aurangzeb issues from Machchalipattan mint. The mint name is not fully visible. Please help attribute. The coin also shows a lot of additional marks on the reverse.... is there any significance to these marks?

Attribution correct. From the beginning onwards the coins struck at Machhlipatan were pretty decorative, see ZENO #78994

Dear Oesho, Thanks for the confirmation. I did try to check your coin and was reasonably sure of the attribution but wanted to be 100% sure.

It appears that the coins of this mint were minted in the name of the Mughal emperor only in the later period of Aurangzeb's rule.....
