Ok. But in our culture we call a senior 'Sir' to show respect. Very difficult for me call a senior by name. Cultural difference is playing its role now. I hope we understand each other well.

Once a Mexican friend called me 'old man'. I was stumbled. He clarified me that they call a person 'old man' to show respect. Interesting. Isnt it?
