1896 and 1899 half rupees: are they common or rare ?

I am asking for comments of the experts about rarity of these coins:
1. 1896 half rupee
2.  1899 half rupee
3. 1885 one rupee bombay mint.

Though I can't claim to be a expert as this site boast of some real geniuses!! But 1899 Half rupee is the most common date among the half rupee of victoria empress as I've observed over the few years I'm collecting coins..

I thought 1899 one rupee is scarce so, half may also be same. But bad luck again.
