This one has something to do with a French bank ....
No idea what it's used for, but it's the Credit Lyonnais logo (until 2004) ...

Advertising token for use in shop caddies, to replace a 1 franc coin.

3615 ABCL was the Minitel access code for the Crédit Lyonnais bank and 08 3668 0724 was the bank's general information telephone number.
