This would appear to be another rupee -- 20.5 mm, 11.29 g. Does the open lotus mintmark mean Arcot?

British India, Madras Presidency. Issued in the name of Alamgir II at Arkat (Arcot) (mint mark in the open Lotys bud on the reverse), RY 4(?). KM# 384.

Coin was issued in the period 1800 - 1824 with the RY 46.
