They issued six pieces with different designs.

Only the last one had the "Rings" logo.

The first coin of them all, so to say. Well, the first one that honors the modern Olympics - issued for the 1952 games in Helsinki.



That coin was issued in 1951 (see image above) and in '52.

The version issued in 1951, one year before the Olympics, is less common and more expensive than the 1952 piece .)

Oh, and in 2002 Finland issued a collector coin for the 50th anniversary of the 1952 Olympics.

That piece shows, next to the stadium tower, parts of the 1952 coin. :) (See here.)
