Did you get some of the Winnipeg minted coins? They have a "P" under QEII's portrait.  I find the magnetic/non-magnetic a bit annoying, since you never know.  When I do cent box or cent bag searches inevitably I churn up a lot of Canadians, some go back to the bank and some get dropped off my kiddies to spend.

Looks like one p and two no p from the image....don't have the coins with me.

Do you have a list of the varieties since 2000?  Not being all that familiar with them...the catalog is hard for me to understand.
Not sure I have them all listed in my want list.

No, I have no idea about the moderns other than when I am in the USA I get a lot of them and that there are all kinds, gosh, go before 1996 and they were even 12 sided.  Before 1982 they went through several different size reductions too.  Obviously the RCM is not bound by vending machine operators or pimping for congressional benefactors like the USA.

I had thought the P stood for "Plated" as in plated steel?

Very nice coins!

I have a big want-list of Canadian coins-some quarters and elusive $2 coins. May be one day I'll be able to fill those gaps in my Canadian collection..

I have a decent collection of the cents but almost all of the rest of Canada is on my want list.
Pretty sure I do not have Canadian duplicates except for a few cents.

Maybe it is because they are neighbors but I always looked at Canadian and Mexican coins with a little boredom.
Don't know where that feeling comes from as the both have really nice coins.

Not certain, could it be a W mintmark (as 1998/2000) with an additional 'P' below the portrait?

Maybe for Winnipeg?...but I thought that was the P marked ones....this is not as simple for the uninformed (me) as I would like.
