Third coin is attributed to Thanh Nguyen (1400)
Size is 23 mm.

Again hard to make out, but the bottom character is "yuan" in Chinese and "nguyen" in Vietnamese, so the readings are doubtless correct.  I suspect the RH character is "chong"  in Chinese = heavy, rather than the usual "tong" = circulating.

(Btw, my Chinese transliterations may vary between Romanisation systems without using a reference book for consistency - no quibbles please!  I believe Wade-Giles used t'ung for the Pinyin tong, for instance, likewise ch'ung / chong for "heavy" (or was it chung / jong?)  You get the idea, anyway ...)

I don't see enough of the characters to be sure, but judging from their outlines, I think this may be Remmelts 78, Shao-sheng yuan pao (1094-1097), emperor Tse Tsung.
