Why one coin has a different year when the series was issued together, on remonetisation?

The 1, 5, 10 and 20 Ouguiya also exist with the date 2017. The 2 Ouguiya coin doesn't as that denomination was first introduced in 2018.

The instrument featured on this design looks like a xalam, which is also known as a molo.

It is a sort of African lute.

The design on the coin shows a xalam overlaid over a depiction of the lower part of a xalam.

I believe that the stringed instrument in the design below is a kora.
