Uniface with image of causeway. 39mm, 31.4 gms. 24kt
I found the only photo of this medal, and only the obverse. Who knows what the reverse is here?

The medal is uniface so has no reverse design. Apparently, it's blank so not pictured.

I also thought that the reverse was empty. However, there is a reverse:
