Field Day: Aruba dollar note

This is an advertisement banknote from Aruba, a Dutch island in the Caribbean. I believe the man in the oval is Ike Cohen (1911-2007), a legendary hotel and restaurant owner on the island. From the 1980s, I think.

By the way, Aruba officially used Antillian Guilders until 1986, thereafter the Aruba Florin, also a nice historic currency name. But apparently one can pay with American dollars just as easy. (Maybe not so easy with this dollar, but In Food We Trust, rather a good one I think).

It also includes the year 1248... I think the glasses and sideburns of Ike Cohen definitely convey the message this note is from the modern carefree years of the 1970s or 1980s.
