US and Canada issue a set together

US mint just annouced a joint set of the american eagle and canadian maple leaf on its website. Not sure if it will be available through RCM too though I'd not be interested in it eitherway since i do not collect bullion

Sounds like a nice idea.   Then again, if it's just the "packaging" that sets these coins apart from the regular issues, I won't buy them either ...

They apparently had some sort of collaboration with RAM earlier this year too

I just posted one of my Daughter's maple leaf coins.  I find them very appealing.  Cool design in my opinion.
