Antalya is an international airport, surrounded by hotels. Any of these might run a casino with other attractions attached. I have seen a similar style token (I take it for a pachinko token) picked up at Narita (Tokyo international airport).

The official attitude towards gambling may have changed under the present regime, explaining why the url no longer works.

I remember visiting a casino in Turkey with the intention of putting a million on red (or was it black?), sadly the chips were denominated in US Dollars :'(
