Syrian indeed, it's a dirham struck at Alep (Haleb /حلب ) by the Ottoman Sultan Ahmad I.
The mintname is very clear (  :D ) in center of the star, the date is just under but not clear ( :-\ )
On the other face there is the tughra of AhmadI.
