Looks like a makers mark.

I cannot see where it appears on that reverse.

I have another one with a different mark I think.
From what I've read a diamond and another mark signifies silver, so this is most likely plated.
S E could be Eustache, Sylla?

Looks the same mark to me! I can't see a mark at all in the the linked item.

Found this one on Delcampe signed by Sylla Eustache, was hoping to find a makers mark.
