I believe that the obverse of the coin looks like the sailana coin. However i am not too sure of the reverse. Please help attribute. Weight is 12.4g.

Yes, it certainly looks like an anonymous hammered paisa of Dule Singh. But I guess the operant word is "anonymous".  There is no date and there is no mint and no discernable writing.  But the pennant and dot are Sailana.  The weight places it as Km 6; a 2 paisa coin.
