Nobel prize winners on coins would be a good theme?

The very first Nobel Prizes were awarded in 1901, and Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen got the Physics Prize. Here are two German coins that honor him - one from the Federal Republic (1995), one from the GDR (1970) ...

Does this Finnish coin qualify for your subject? It commemorates enlargmement of EU..(EU won Nobel Peace Prize last year. )

Most of the coins listed above are easily available so I don't think you will have hard time finding them. Some are expensive though (like the Finnish €2 CC I posted)...
