I've alway liked this flying fox bat design, from a 1994 collector coin of Western Samoa.  Flying foxes are handsome animals.

Macao, 50 avos, 1993

Over the course of 1992 and 1993, Macao issued a new design series.

The obverse also had a completely different reverse.

It featured a stylised bat as a symbol of good luck.
