Brass, 7.8 grams, 25.1 mm, both sides are the same. All details are incuse, but not engraved, the field is raised.

Looks American, because of the spelling, but there seems to have been a café by that name in Nottingham, so it could be reverse imperialism. After all, Nottingham was the first to try reverse taxation, according to Sir Walter Scott.

My guess is Smilin Sam From Alabam the Salted Peanut Man.

I am fairly sure I have one that matches this.

I believe it to be English...  likely Nottingham...  A non-collector mentioned to me once that he had once come across tokens from Smilin' Sam's.......
