So Hupeh coin was fake, here is another one :)
Any ideas about this?

There exist old fakes of this coin, but this one seems to be a poor modern cast fake.

probably it isn't "official" Japanese counterfeit KM#1118 either
Weight is 3,2 gr and diameter 20.3

Yes! The coin posted by AndyG is the Japanese counterfeit.
On the next pictures you can see the difference. Look at the space between the Chinese letter and the circle of pearls marked on the scan! The left picture is the original, the right one is the Japanese fake like Andy's coin.
