Title: Japan 50 Sen 1904 KM#25
Post by: Luis on August 18, 2010, 07:33:45 AM
It's been a while since I bought coins from Ebay. On this particular occasion (3 weeks ago or so), it so happened that my favorite seller had an absurd amount of coins that match my interests AND my criteria as far as condition goes.

Bottom line, I went crazy and blew a third of my annual coin budget in one day, but I think it was worth it. I'm gonna share the most important stuff (I'll copy paste this intro in the different threads, so I apologize for the repetition).

Hope you didn't spend a lot on that coin. Should be able to get a similar coin and condition under 100 USD.

It was just under 50. If I recall correctly, a little over the catalog value, but that happens all the time anyway.

I believe you got it at a good price. Japanese coins are long underrated for a while.
