Peter,are you referring to the British 1992-93 50 Pence coin? That is a very tough coin to find,but fortunately,I do have that one.

Yes, KM 963. There other other coins for the EU presidency out there.

Peter,
  I've also got the 1998 commemorative 50 Pence,which marks the 25th. Anniversary of Great Britain joining the European Economic Community,as well.
