What is this coin? What country and territory are we talking about?

It is a coin of the Archbishopric of Trier: Johann Hugo von Orsbeck (1676-1711) as I read the date as 1692. The inscription reads: CHVR TRIERIS LAND MVNZ. The denomination is 3 petermengen
