Lithuania issues two commemorative €2 coins this year. One has been available since last month, the other comes at the end of this month. More information is here:

Mintage is 500,000 per issue, I think. The central bank's web store sells the "BU packages" (5,000 each) only.

Yes, 495,000 UNC pieces (in rolls etc.) and 5000 BU coin cards of each issue...
