Hi. This one is not in good shape but I think that it can be ID-ed, with your help
Seeing the lillies, I think of France or its influence. It is dated 4-9, so I presume that would come from 1549.
1,38g and 23mm
Could you help me with the ID?

By a bit of Googling I think it is a half batzen of Henri II of Neuchatel, 1649, see https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces91667.html
