Obverse: Uniform bust facing right with plumed hat.
جلوس سلطنت سنه ۱۳۱۴ , Julus Sultanat sanah 1314 / ضرب ایران سنه ۱۳۱۶ , Zarb Iran sanah 1316.
Reverse: Legend inside wreath: السلطان مظفرالدين شاه قاجار , al-Sultan Muzaffar al-Din Shah Qajar.

Thank you Maythem for the transcription, with just a small correction : "julus sultanat" is followed by the accession year : "sanah 1314" ; "sanah 1316" at 4 o'clock gives the year of issue.
