From those I have seen it looks like the coins of the first year present the most details.
It's KM#995
Size: 19mm
Weight: 2.87gr

Dear maudry, very nice gold coin; coin details:
Qajar, Muzaffar al-Din Shah, AH 1316/1898 AD, 1 Toman, Gold 0.900, Iran mint, KM 995 (AH 1313-1324/1896-1907 AD)
Obverse: Uniform bust facing right with plumed hat.
جلوس سلطنت سنه ۱۳۱۴
, Julus Sultanat sanah 1314 / ضرب ایران سنه ۱۳۱۶ , Zarb Iran sanah 1316.
Reverse: Legend inside wreath: السلطان مظفرالدين شاه قاجار , al-Sultan Muzaffar al-Din Shah Qajar.

Thank you Maythem for the transcription, with just a small correction : "julus sultanat" is followed by the accession year : "sanah 1314" ; "sanah 1316"  at 4 o'clock gives the year of issue.
