After a long look at the side with the bump (a swan? a turtle? a mole hill? a dromedary?) I read ΒΑΣΙ / ΛΕΥ (king). Not very informative, I am afraid.

The two faces ought to be a helpful giveaway. One facing forward, one left.

Is it possible that could be North African?  Zeugitana?  Mint Sicily or Sardinia perhaps.  I've not found a match yet but I have found some that are similar.
"The two faces ought to be a helpful giveaway. One facing forward, one left".  JKK, I did not see that!  still looking  :-\

Alan, Peter and gpimper
I am pleasantly surprised by the comments on this small coin! I thank all the sent messages.
My coin has 11 mm and weight 1,30 g and the reference of Houghton 895 is for a coin of 18 mm and I weight 5,31 g
(windwilds Triton V Sale 15 Jan 2002, lot 545).

Yes, I'm afraid I went purely by the description. The Houghton and Lindgren (about 5.3 gm as well if I remember rightly) are obviously both the same denomination, but yours seems to be a fraction of that (a quarter by the weight?). I think we'll have to see if anyone has access to SNG Cop. or similar to see if it is a known variety.
