Can't make anything of the left picture and I think it is due to the feared "inversion" effect, where raised parts are seen as low and vice versa. My eyesight plots with my brain to see a bull licking a tree on the other side. Mmm. Maybe not. This one may be too far gone.

This might be another ,bull charging, on the reverse, although it looks more like a charging potato, it,s too far gone I fear  grt Derek

I think I see a Parthian-style bearded and diademed bust left on the obverse, and a prancing horse is a reasonably common reverse on Parthian coins.
