Snake or spear symbol ?

I think neither, but just a character in Arabic script. That picture is probably upside downish.

Check Indore / Gwalior. I believe this is from that region.

I think sir this is gwalior , because sameer panchal fb says that this type coin is unlisted in all numismatic catalog books

Sameer Panchal is fairly accurate in his attribution of Central India Copper coins. I would surely go with his views. A PM to Abhay (who is an avid collector of all things Gwalior) will help confirm.
