Title: Afghanistan, civic copper, Kabul?

Looks very like a Kabul type,  the date appears to be Ah 1307 which is when Valentine would be around in 1889 AD

Even not very clear, "falus Kabul" is well present.
Isn't it 1305 for the date ?
This coin was a novelty at time when Valentine published his book, that could be a reason why it isn't listed...

Yes, it never ceases to amaze me how well Valentine did considering he ventured into a branch of numismatics relatively untouched by other authors

It is a lop sided 7 in the date
