Afsharids, Nadir Shah, 1152 AH, Silver 6 Shahi, Mashhad mint (1148-1160 AH)
Weight 6.89 gm
Diameter 18 mm
Metal Silver
Obverse: Inside a small central circle reads in Farsi, السلطان نادر, al-Sultan Nadir.
Reverse: خلد الله ملکه, Khalad Allah Mulkahu, meaning, "May God Prolong his Reign", Mint “ Mashhad مشهد  “ and the date " 1152 ۱۱۵۲ " beneath the word “ Mashhad مشهد  ”.
Nice looking, deep strike.

I enlarged the Arabic script parts in your post, as the software had made them too small for my tired eyes.
