Shah Jahan is clearly seen as is the RY ahd and the mint name Surat. Now, whether it is Shah Jahan II or III is a question and from experience, I would favour Shah Jahan III. An unresolved question is whether this is an issue of the Mughal Governor of Surat (the Nawab of Surat) or from the mint of the Thakur of Bhaunagar is a question.
