Title: Dam of Akbar dated 97x , dar al-khalifat Bahraîch

This is a dam of akbar , with the word "falus" at top,  dated 97x but who can tell me more ? (mint ?)

The mint is Dar al khilafat Bahraich dated 97x

it looks somewhat familiar to me but with so few parts of legend, I didn't thought to Bahraich...
