Whow thatīs a nice specimen. I did not find a similar fine portrait on the web so far and the style can be humble. Maybe many engravers with differing artistic skills produced dies.
Literature tells us "uncertain mint in Macedon".

It needs more brightness and contrast to show us all the beauty - hope you agree and like my proposal.

Maybe you try another one with dark and distant background?
