In 2017, Finland is going to issue a 2 euro commemorative coin to commemorate its nature. A competition will be held for photographers, who can submit their best picures showing Finnish nature. The best photo will be depicted on the coin. The coin will be issued in October 2017.

The coin was issued on October 21. Finnish mint is asking (https://www.suomenrahapaja.fi/eng/suomalainen-luonto-erikoisraharulla/20737/dp?openGroup=384) €90 for a roll of 25 unc coins, which is almost €4 per coin if you also consider postage cost. I hope people can still buy the roll for face value at the bank? Or has Finland also decided to go Malta/Luxembourg way? :(

And then there is still the delivery costs which were increased in 2014 to no less than 20 euros for orders outside Finland but within the EU.

Yes, €20 for addresses outside Finland...(Finnish mint does not ship outside EU). Can someone from Finland confirm that you can still buy Finnish €2 rolls for face value at banks?
