Here's another coin from the lot I got from the militaria fair,  identified by an ONS member on Fb but rather poor condition unfortunately

Would agree with the attribution with this combination of busts and crossed cornucaopias. Interestingly, the surface of this one looks completerly different from how these are usually seen. In general these are quite worn but with clear outlines. Yours seems not so much worn, but more likely affected by a corrosive environment.
If this was from the same Afghan lot that would be very peculiar ?

There is another one in even worse condition but has exactly the same  dark patina, they do look better in my hand than on the photo.

There are several other coins in the lot inc a Soter Megas type of Wima Takto & a couple of khwarezm types & also 2 Kushan types,   a real mixture really
